How to Enter GTA 4 Cheats
GTA 4 introduced a new cheat entry method: instead of button sequences or keyboard text, cheats are entered through Niko's in-game mobile phone. Press up on the D-pad (console) or up arrow key (PC) to bring up the phone, navigate to Dial, and type the cheat number. The cheat activates immediately. Most cheats can be re-used as needed throughout the game.
Health and Armour
Full health and armour: 362-555-0100. This is the most-used cheat in GTA 4 — quickly restore health in difficult missions without sitting through a lengthy animation or driving to a health pickup. Enter via the in-game phone whenever Niko needs an emergency health boost.
Weapon Cheats
Weapons Set 1 (pistol, shotgun, micro SMG, AK-47): 486-555-0150. Weapons Set 2 (combat pistol, combat shotgun, SMG, assault rifle): 486-555-0100. Each set provides a full initial load of ammunition. Re-entering the same code once more will top up ammunition without replacing existing weapons.
Vehicle Spawning
Spawn Annihilator helicopter: 359-555-0100. Spawn Cognoscenti luxury car: 227-555-0142. Spawn Comet sports car: 227-555-0175. Spawn FIB Buffalo: 227-555-0100. Spawn Jetmax speedboat: 938-555-0100. Spawn NRG-900 motorcycle: 625-555-0100. Spawn Sanchez dirt bike: 625-555-0150. Vehicles spawn on the street in front of Niko.
Wanted Level and Special Cheats
Remove wanted level: 267-555-0100. Raise wanted level: 267-555-0150. Change weather: 468-555-0100 (cycles through conditions). Restore armour: 362-555-0100. Note: GTA 4 cheats do not disable achievements — a change from earlier GTA games that made cheat use penalty-free for trophy hunters.
