Using Vice City Cheats
Enter cheats during gameplay without pausing the game. On PS2, enter button combinations quickly and correctly. On PC, type the code words directly. Most cheats toggle on and off by re-entering the same code. Activating cheats does not affect story progression or trophies/achievements in the original versions.
