1. The Hotel Assassination (Mandatory Early Game)

Before launching this mission with Franklin, switch to Michael and Trevor. Invest 100% of everyone's liquid cash into [BET] Betta Pharmaceuticals on the BAWSAQ exchange. Complete the mission, sleep at safehouses (without saving) to advance in-game hours, and sell once BET reaches approximately 50% profit.

2. The Multi-Target Assassination (Post-Game Step)

After completing The Big Score, each character will have roughly $30M-$40M. Invest all money into [DEB] Debonaire on LCN. Complete the hit on the 4 jurists. Sell Debonaire at 80% profit. Then immediately pour every dollar into rival cigarette brand [RED] Redwood. Advance time 48 in-game hours and sell Redwood when it rebounds by a staggering 300%!

3. The Vice Assassination

Invest in [FRT] Fruit on BAWSAQ. Take down the corrupt tech CEO. Sell Fruit at 50% profit, then invest everything into [FAC] Facade. Sleep until Facade recovers for an extra 33% gain.

4. The Bus Assassination

Do NOT invest prior to this mission. Complete the assassination of Penny, then immediately invest all cash into crashed stock [VAP] Vapid on BAWSAQ. Advance time roughly 48 hours and cash out when it doubles (+100%).

5. The Construction Assassination

Invest 100% of everyone's multi-hundred-million fortune into [GCD] GoldCoast on LCN. Finish the mission at the construction skyscraper. Sleep and sell GoldCoast when it peaks at 80%.
